My experience with S&I Constructions has been more than I could have hoped for. My house is a modern, efficient, attractive design both internally and externally. Jason thinks outside the square when it comes to design and Sarah has such a good eye for colour. Everything was thought of and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I was really content with all communications and nothing was too much trouble.

When we built our home in the Southern Highlands we interviewed a number of builders, but it was only S&I Constructions that stood out as exceptional for their detailed project planning of the building stages their subcontractors were committed to and achieved, allowing our home to be built on-time and on budget. As a bonus S&I Constructions worked with our architect with building suggestions that saved us a lot of money. Having our home built by S&I Constructions was the right choice and a very positive experience.

Jason and Sarah from S & I Constructions built our dream home for us in 2019. From start to finish they were professional, easy to talk to, very organised, efficient, cost-effective, and high quality. They listened to our ideas and offered cost-effective solutions to our build. The workmanship was high end without the massive price tag. The tradespeople that Jason uses are local, on time, polite, and high quality. Not once during the build did we get stressed or worried and our beautiful home was completed on time and even under budget. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We would definitely build with them again.
